News - NOMI Home Buyer Tours are back - NOMI Home Buyer Tours are back!

    After a short hiatus, the NOMI Home Buyer Tours are back and better than ever. The first tour was held on May 14 and was host to a variety of current NOMI residents as well as prospective new homeowners. 

    Tours will be operating in a similar fashion to last year's tours. Prior to the tour, we will host a brief ‘reception' at a local establishment. This makes for a perfect opportunity for current residents to mix and mingle with potential new neighbors. Following the reception, the tour will commence. As a rule, we try to view a wide range of homes from move-in-ready to the fixer-upper. Many of the homes on our tour are foreclosures; however we also highlight many homes that are not bank owned. Every tour is hosted by at least one NOMI realtor that is very familiar with the current housing stock available and the financial incentives currently being offered in each neighborhood.
