Homeownership is a big responsibility. There are many questions to consider when looking to purchase, improve or even sell your home depending on a family’s stage in life. This educational and informational forum co-hosted by LBNA and Shingle Creek Commons is an opportunity for current or potential residents to learn from various sources about how to buy and sell a home in this market; learn some of the pitfalls and how to avoid predatory lenders; hear what estate planning is and why your family might want to consider it; and how to take advantage of the neighborhoods home improvement loan program.
This forum is free and open to the public! For more information go to LBNA website or contact Wanda at Shingle Creek Commons at 612-521-9477 or LBNA at 612-588-7641.
