Helping individuals make positive life changes

If you know of an ex-offender who's chemically dependent, there is help in the community. Correctional Transition Services (CTSI), at 1901 44th Ave. N, is an organization offering a Day One Outpatient Treatment Program. It's specifically designed to serve the chemically dependent criminal offender to transition from anti-social to pro-social behavior by providing a proven restructuring intervention model consistent with the one used with the Hennepin County Drug Court.

CTSI serves adult men and women, ages 18 and older, with alcohol and drug addiction problems associated with criminal behaviors. Services provided include: family therapy, cognitive skills, mental health education, anger management, vocational programming, personal finance programming, therapeutic recreation classes, rent-wise program, and cultural, ethnic and gender education. Get more info at: 612-588-7530; information@ctsihome.org, or www.ctsihome.org.
